How to add an admin dashboard to a Lovable app

You shipped an app with an AI builder, people are signing up, and now you cannot answer simple questions: who signed up today, which users are stuck, who do I email? The usual answer is to build an admin page, which is the part of the product nobody wants to build.

Why Supabase is the quickest route

Apps generated in Lovable commonly use Supabase for authentication and data, so the users already exist in auth.users. VibeAdmin has a native Supabase connector that reads them directly. You do not have to change your app.

Connect it

  • Create a VibeAdmin project and open Integrations, then Supabase.
  • Paste the project URL and the service-role key. Treat the key like a password; it must never appear in your Lovable frontend.
  • Allow-list the tables to merge in, such as profiles, and map columns like plan to profiles.plan.
  • Keep write access off unless you want to suspend or edit users from the dashboard.

Add events (optional)

Users are enough for the table and signup charts. For usage, revenue and top features, send events from a server-side function. Ask Lovable to do it with this prompt:

Add a Supabase Edge Function "track" that forwards { userId, name } to
POST https://www.easy-admin.solutions/v1/events with Authorization: Bearer <VIBEADMIN_API_KEY>
read from an Edge Function secret. Never expose the key to the browser, and ignore errors so the app keeps working.

Give your app the admin it forgot

Free for up to 500 users. Connect Supabase, push users with the API, or paste one prompt into your coding agent.
