How much does VibeAdmin cost?
Free covers 1 project and 500 managed users. Starter is $29 per month for 5,000 users and adds AI email, segments, webhooks and MCP. Pro is $79 per month for 25,000 users and adds multiple admins, advanced analytics, feature flags and integrations. Business starts at 100,000 users with SSO, audit retention, priority support and custom limits. Pricing is based on managed users in production, with no per-seat charge, and development and preview data is free.
What counts as a managed user?
A person in your production environment that VibeAdmin has synced or received from your app. Deleted users do not count. Development and preview environments are free and do not count toward your plan.
Do you charge per admin seat?
No. Plans are based on managed users. The Free and Starter plans are meant for one admin; multiple admins arrive with Pro.
How do I upgrade?
Paid plans are being switched on during early access, and self-serve card checkout is not available yet. Create your account on Free to start; plan changes are handled by hand for now.
