Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-11

The rules for using VibeAdmin, in plain language. Please read them before you create an account.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and easy-admin.solutions ("we", "us"). They apply when you create an account or use VibeAdmin (https://www.easy-admin.solutions), including the dashboard, the API, the SDK, the CLI and the MCP server. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What the service is

VibeAdmin is an admin and control plane for apps: it lets you see and manage the users of your own application, track events and errors, send email to your users through your own email provider, use feature flags and remote configuration, and let AI tools work with that data through scoped access. We provide it as is, and we may change or retire features. We will try to give notice of changes that affect you.

3. Accounts and access

  • Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account and keys.
  • Tell us promptly if you think an account or key has been compromised. Revoke keys you no longer use.
  • Administrators you invite act under your account; you decide their roles and are responsible for them.

4. Your data and your users' data

You keep all rights to the data you connect or send to the service ("Customer Data"), including the information about your own users. We use it only to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and not to train AI models.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to give us that data, for telling your users how it is used, and for honoring their rights. For personal data of your users, you are the controller and we are your processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Connections to your systems are read-only by default. Anything that changes your users (editing, suspending, deleting, sending email, refunds) happens only when you grant that access and an authorized person or tool performs it, and it is recorded in the audit log.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use the service to violate anyone's rights or privacy;
  • send spam, or send marketing email to people who haven't agreed to receive it. You must follow the email laws that apply to you and your recipients, and keep the unsubscribe link our marketing and product-update emails include;
  • access data you aren't authorized to access, or use impersonation for anything other than legitimate support or debugging with a recorded reason;
  • probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission, or interfere with it or other customers' use of it;
  • bypass limits, rate limits or plan restrictions, or resell the service in a way we haven't agreed to;
  • use the AI features to produce unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

6. Email you send

Email is sent through the email provider account you connect (for example Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailgun or Amazon SES). Your agreement with that provider applies, and you are the sender of those emails and responsible for their content and for your recipients' consent.

7. AI features

AI features (drafting and editing email, the admin assistant, and tools that AI agents call over MCP) can be wrong. Review what they produce before you rely on it. Changes the assistant proposes wait for a person to approve them. The assistant is off until you turn it on for a project, because using it sends your questions and the data it looks up to our AI provider.

8. Plans, billing and limits

  • There is a Free plan and paid plans. Plans, prices and limits are on the pricing page. Usage is counted in managed users in production environments; there are no per-seat charges. Business is by arrangement.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You can change or cancel in the billing portal; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and then your organization moves to the Free plan.
  • Fees are charged in advance and are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing. Prices can change; a change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it does. Taxes are added where they apply.
  • If you exceed your plan's managed-user limit, the service keeps working up to a margin above the limit and asks you to upgrade; past the margin, new users are rejected until you upgrade or reduce your users. If a payment fails, we keep your plan while the payment processor retries, and move you to the Free plan if it ultimately cannot be collected. We do not delete your data for this reason alone.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the standard plans have no uptime guarantee. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can affect it. Support is provided as described for your plan.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your plan. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if the law requires it; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

After your account ends, you can ask us to delete your data, and we will delete it within a reasonable time, except what we must keep by law. Export what you need before then: everything in the dashboard is also available through the API.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, if you are on the Free plan, to USD 100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for backups of your own data and for the actions you or your administrators and AI tools take through the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the dashboard or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
