Supabase user management without building an admin panel

The Supabase dashboard is excellent for developers and awkward for everything else: support staff should not have SQL access, and nobody wants to give a teammate the service-role key to find one customer.

What you usually need

• Find a user by email, name or ID in a second
• See plan, signup date, last activity and verified status
• Suspend or restore an account, with a record of who did it
• Email a group of users, with unsubscribe handled
• Give teammates only the permissions their role needs

How VibeAdmin does it

VibeAdmin keeps a synced copy of auth.users plus the profile tables you choose, so searching never hits your production database. Roles (Owner, Admin, Support, Analyst) limit what each teammate can do, and every change is written to an append-only audit log. Suspending a user sets a ban on the Supabase user, so the action takes effect in your app.
